Remanufactured Cartridges: The use of remanufactured cartridges is encouraged.  Buying remanufactured toner cartridges and recycling empty cartridges are easy ways to help the environment and save money.  A single new cartridge requires about three quarts of oil to produce and can cost, on average, 50% more whereas a remanufactured cartridge uses 97% less oil than virgin. Plus, recycling your used cartridges is an easy way to close the recycling loop - simply give your spent cartridge back to your toner delivery person. The more remanufactured cartridges City employees purchase and recycle, the more we can conserve valuable resources, reduce pollution and save money.

Order Confirmation: After you have placed an order a confirmation e-mail is sent to you. In case you have not received this confirmation then your order may not have been generated as the process may not have been completed. Please contact Laserlink if required.

Item List: The list of items on the website has been kept limited for simplicity. However it is not exhaustive and Imaging Supplies and Consumables to include Inkjet & Toner Cartridges, Drums, Fusers and PM Kits etc for all makes and models of Office Machines will be provided. Please contact Laserlink if you want any item to be included.

Packaging: As required under the terms of the contract, Laserlink will supply multiple items packed together in their vinyl bags without the outer boxes and side ends using reusable boxes for packing. To facilitate recycling/reuse, Users should avoid defacing/writing on these boxes and instead use sticky notes if required.

Empties: Empties are required for providing remanufactured items. Users will return all used and empty items to Laserlink and inform them for pickup when required. These will be collected at the time of subsequent delivery.

Return Policy: We will take back any item except inkjet cartridges and ribbons for a full refund within 90 days if received in its original and unopened packing and not past their expiry date. Inkjet cartridges and Ribbons can be returned within 30 days. For defective items an equivalent replacement will be provided if the defect is reported within 90 days of its supply and if we cannot rectify it. Remanufactured cartridges will have a warranty of one year.
